These terms cover your use of combinepix.com and the tools on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, the simple option is not to use the site.
What the service is
CombinePix provides browser-based tools that arrange several photos onto one page and export the result as an image. The work happens on your device. We do not store your photos and we do not promise to keep a copy of anything you make.
Your photos and your rights
You keep all rights to the photos you use. You need to hold the rights to use them, or have permission from whoever does. If a person is recognisable in a photo you publish, it is your responsibility to have their agreement. The tools cannot check either of those things for you.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site to make or distribute material that is unlawful, or that violates someone else's rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or use it to attack anything else.
- Do not copy the site's code, text or design and present it as your own.
Our content
The CombinePix name, the site design and the text on these pages belong to us. The tools are offered for your own use, personal or commercial, on the material you have the right to use. That permission does not extend to redistributing the site itself.
Plans and subscriptions
Pro is sold as a subscription through an external checkout provider. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account. The period you have already paid for is not refunded; Pro stays active until that period ends. The refund policy sets out the two cases in which money is returned.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it working and free of errors, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove a tool. Keep your original photo files: the site is not a backup and does not hold a copy of them.
No warranty
The tools are offered without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use them at your own risk, and you are responsible for checking the exported file before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost photos, lost time or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
